At eDigitalApps, we are committed to protecting your privacy across all our iOS and watchOS applications, including YourPB and Shoes Up!. This policy details how our applications handle your data.

1. Local Data Storage & Security

Our applications are designed on a zero-server, privacy-first model. All user data entered into or generated by our apps—including event details in Shoes Up! (such as partner names, dates, and venues) or workout configurations in YourPB—is stored exclusively on your device locally via SwiftData and UserDefaults.

We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal information on external servers. Because your data remains strictly on-device, you are responsible for securing your device. Please note that uninstalling our apps or clearing device storage will permanently erase your locally saved app data.

2. HealthKit & Fitness Data (YourPB)

For apps utilizing Apple HealthKit integration (specifically YourPB), access to health data—including distance, heart rate, cadence, and workout timestamps—is processed strictly locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch to calculate personal best benchmarks. Your health data is never transmitted off your device, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Because we do not collect or transmit your personal or health data, we do not share, sell, or trade user data with any third parties or advertising networks.

4. Children's Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone, including children.
